Piotr Uzarowicz worked as a creative director in advertising and 

public relations in the United States and Europe before turning to 

writing and directing for theatre in Chicago and Los Angeles, and to films.

He will be presenting his new documentary "The Officer's Wife," based on a 

manuscript found in his father's papers after his death. Written by 

his grandmother, "the officer's wife" whose husband was murdered at 

Katyń, the manuscript revealed a long-suppressed family story. Mr. 

Uzarowicz studied at Loyola University in Chicago and obtained an MBA 

at the University of Hartford's International Business School in Paris.
